Yesterday morning (8th), officials from the autonomous region government received complaints from the public in Liuzhou court. They told the people that they would try to solve their problem and asked them to trust in the government. People were satisfied about their replies.
Take Qin Shaosong and Yuan Fangmei as an example. They were staff of Liuzhou 3rd Transportation Company and were laid off by the company. They received Quit Certificate in 1985 and a lump sum of quitting arrangement fee. In 1995, they appealed to Workers’ Tribunal by the reason of illegitimate deployment. They asked for compensation and appropriate treatment. Government officials listened to their complaints and promised to give fair treatment to them. Officials from courts, labour bureau, local government, transportation bureau and other departments also received and processed related issues from the public. Qin Shaosong was satisfied by the reply he received.
Another appealer Liao Taoying said her husband died during a roadside accident, killed by a truck on his way to work. Liao considered the reason for her husband’s death was not the truth and asked for police’s investigation. Liuzhou Zhenghao replied that this issue would definitely be resolved based on actual truth.
